Nero di Lambrusco has an extremely deep violet red color. The intense nose smells of strawberry, blackberries, raspberry and especially cuberdons. The taste is full and full of fruit. The finish is slightly sweet but with a lot of freshness.
Vineyards on hills
Maceration on the skin for 5 to 7 days at low temperature. After the fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine rests for a while and is cleared. After this, the wine goes thermo-conditioned citernes in which the bubbles originate during the second fermentation. This operation takes about 3 months after which the wine is bottled.
