Constant checks and multiple analyses are carried out daily to ensure safety and quality standards throughout the process, leading to the company to be awarded ISO 9001:2015, BRC Food and IFS in class A certifications.
Microbiological analyses and experiments carried out by the University of Pavia and the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, one of the most accredited and authoritative institutes on a national and international level in the mineral water inspection field, have proven that Dolomia water is “recommended for low-sodium diets”, confirming its compliance with current regulations and verifying its diuretic action and biological tolerability.
In July 2008, Acqua Dolomia was awarded the prestigious recognition of being suitable for use in preparing infant formula through an Italian Ministerial Decree - D.M. 25.07.2008.
