Greisinger Munich Sausage/Münchner Weisswurst
A weisswurst (white sausage) speciality from Bavaria. Lean pork and bacon are processed into a fine paste, subsequently refined with salt, spices, fresh onion and parsley. The paste is stuffed into pork casings and simmered.
