Steak Rub
Tried and trusted in more than 20 local restaurant kitchens in the last few months before finally bringing this to our home cooks.
The steak rub is meant to be rubbed on moderately before flash grilling on a pan. There's a generous amount of smoked paprika in this mix to give it a gorgeous colour and that wonderful aroma of a bbq grill even cooking at home on a regular griddle.
It already contains salt and pepper, together with other herbs and spices to bring out the most in a steak. Use this to start getting relatively cheaper cuts of meat tasting delicious.
Ingredients: Chillies, Garlic, Onion, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Pink Himalayan Salt, Thyme
Usage: Use this classic blend of herbs as a dry rub for steak before cooking, we recommend around 3-5g per 250g steak.

Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
